Zelma Watkins was born and raised in Richmond, Virginia. She has been in the sales industry for over 40 years. She spent 34 years at United Parcel Service in Business Development, training Sales Representatives and selling UPS services to Strategic Accounts. As she approached retirement with UPS she knew she wanted to continue in the sales industry because that is where her passion lies. Zelma, along with her family, have worked with various custom builders over the years to design 3 custom homes, which created her love of Real Estate. Seeing the house in every phase of the building process and then moving into the finished product created an undeniable spark that lead her to become a licensed REALTOR® 16 years ago. Whether it’s a new home or a resale, it gives her great pleasure to play a part in assisting her clients in selling or finding that right house. She is a very detail-oriented person and is committed to giving outstanding service to each and every client.
