With “Attention to Detail” being the building block of her career, Tami Crouch has built a successful sales business, consisting of Residential and Land Sales, as well as New Construction and Investment Properties.  With 24 years in the Real Estate business, Tami has made customer service her top priority.

 

Tami began her sales career in 2000 as a REALTOR®, and then went on to earn her Broker’s License in 2005.  To better serve her buyers in today’s market, she also earned the designation of Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR).  To serve Seniors in her community, she has also earned the designation of Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) to provide buyers and sellers over 55 with a more effective experience to suit their specific needs. Tami finds that “listening” is one of the most effective tools of all.  By putting her network of experienced professionals in place such as, Contractors, Lenders, Professional Photographers, Attorneys, Appraisers, Stagers and Investors, she can focus on the smoothest transaction possible all the way to closing day.  Currently with some homeowners facing losing their homes, she has earned a certification in Foreclosures (SFR) to try and keep most homeowners in their largest investment, if possible, or to be their best advocate if there’s no alternative. 

 

Born on a Family Farm in Hanover County, Tami was raised on Strong Faith and is an active member of Salem Church, and a proud member of the Hanover Patriots. She has a 32-year-old son and a beautiful 2-year-old grandson.  They all still live on the family farm in Hanover, actively raising Hanover Tomatoes and other fresh vegetables.
