I’m a very experienced Full Service Agent with over 17 years of Real Estate experience working with buyers, sellers, new construction and raw land sales and purchases. I have worked with clients from all walks of life; everything from first time home buyers to the sophisticated buyer, investors, sellers who are downsizing or moving up to make room for a growing family. I started my Real Estate career working for 2 years as Vice-President of Operations with a custom home builder constructing custom ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) homes – ranging in size from 4,000 to 10,000 sq. ft. I gained extensive knowledge of home construction during this time. This adds to the experience I bring to the table to help my clients in the purchase or sale of their home…including home inspections, working with new construction or a rehab property. Prior to Real Estate I worked in Finance and Accounting at a Software Engineering Government Contracting Firm for 9 years then as a Comptroller for a Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy office and a Law Firm while living in Arizona in the 1990’s. After moving back to Virginia I worked for Fairfax County Public Schools to help develop a new Fixed Asset System, for Freddie Mac as an Analyst managing a $16 million department budget and as Vice President of Operations for a Video Imaging Technology Company. All these positions have required a high level of trust, integrity and accountability thus giving me the background to handle detailed transactions – the process of “dotting the i’s and crossing the t’s” – a very important factor in the purchase or sale of your home.
