Born and raised in Mechanicsville, Virginia, Brittney has always called the Richmond area home. From growing up in Mechanicsville to attending college in Ashland and later living in Richmond city, she has experienced the region from multiple perspectives. That lifelong connection gives her a genuine understanding of the neighborhoods, growth patterns, and character that make Central Virginia unique.

After earning her degree in History from Randolph-Macon College in 2011, Brittney found herself drawn to real estate. She has always enjoyed learning the history behind Virginia’s communities, properties, and the people who shape them. She believes every home and neighborhood tells a story, and that story offers meaningful perspective on the market.

Brittney is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and strong understanding of market data across Richmond and the surrounding counties.
